Honestly, I was very disappointed in my stay here. I received the incorrect room. That room had stained carpet and smelled like cigarettes. I was told it was a non smoking hotel but there was an ash tray provided by the hotel in the room? The electricity would go in and out and the wifi was AWFUL. I would be disconnected every 5 minutes. The straw that broke the camels back is the refusal to refund me for a night I did not stay. And the pics look nothing like the hotel. Wonā€™t be coming back

Great location for the hotel... the only reason why I stayed here was because of Lotiz which is an incredible restaurant on the 7th floor. The rooms were pretty good and they staff was clean and nice. Overall, great experience... itā€™s location is in the center of the city which is perfect!

Great property in the middle.. everything is around you. Very easy to commute, shop and great food all around. Check out the amazing 5 star restaurant available on the 7th floor of this hotel. Only issue I had was with this tall Egyptian dude wearing a suit.. he does not know how to talk to people. I think he was the manager but he is the worst Iā€™ve ever came across. Terrible. Other than him everyone else as far as staff is absolutely amazing. I recommend.
