We loved the hotel itself. Staff were great and very helpful. Room was nice. Breakfast buffet was great as well. The only issue was the location. Expedia listing says it’s a 6-7 minute drive to Taksim and other places and that’s just not the case. It’s at least a 20 minute drive from Taksim (can be 30 with traffic). The location is not what we expected and we found it inconvenient. It really is a beautiful hotel - just depends how important location is for you.

Really enjoyed our 6 night stay at Lazzoni Hotel. Nice, clean, well kept hotel. Staff are friendly and attentive. Location is a little away from the main tourist attractions but that means its peaceful after a crazy day in Istanbul. I recommend this hotel.

We had a pleasant 4 night stay in June 2024. The hotel is as pictured and is good value for money. The bedroom was spacious and clean. The lobby hall and 6th floor bar are beautiful areas. The housekeeping and the customer service were great. What is most memorable to us is the staff at the hotel who were attentive and friendly. This is a beautiful property stunning right over the river. Their restaurant on the rooftop has stunning view. Staff is so helpful and so welcoming. They also have one of the top rated spas and it was such a luxurious experience. I would absolutely stay there again.
