I was a little concerned about the elevator. One day someone was working on it. A couple of times I would use it and it didn't always seem as if it was functioning properly. There were a few nights when the hotel was very cold. I was told about a customer who insisted that the hotel set the temperature very low. I thought it was not a good idea to make everyone suffer because of 1 customer.

Very clean rooms, cold air conditioning. Staff is very friendly. Very close to metro, hagia sophia, Topkapi palace and grand bazaar. Breakfast was good, typical of what you find in all hotels in this area. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Television has very limited channels, mostly just news channels.

Hotel Stay Istanbul.
Nurset Bey Hotel Istanbul was a fantastic hotel, with a great location, immaculately clean, extremely helpful, caring staff, who were genuinely concerned for the guest wellbeing. Staff went out of their way to ensure every guests’ needs were met. Good breakfast served daily at convenient hours. I would highly recommend the Nurset Bey Hotel who is looking for reasonably priced accommodations, with a great location and staff in Istanbul, Turkey.

Great location and wonderful staff
I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Its location is ideal as the hotel is close to many historic sites and local transportation (a few minutes walk to the tram line). The room was clean, and the breakfast was healthy and filling. The best part of the hotel, though, is its staff, particularly Ali and Emrah. They are courteous and so helpful. They arranged COVID testing for me at the hotel, directed me to sites of interest and restaurants, and helped me understand how to get back to the airport. Thanks, Ali, and Emrah. You guys are great! I hope to stay at your hotel again in the future.

Great location for Sultanahmet
The hotel locates at the centre of Sultanahmet; it is close enough to walk to many tourist places such as Hagia Sophia, Galata tower, Egyptian bazaar and Tokapi palace. It is also close to the tram station and metro station. However, bare in mind that if you travel by normal airport bus (IST20), you have to walk for a while to reach the hotel. The cleanliness and staff of the hotel is very nice. Its breakfast is good although there should be more variety of food to choose. One thing that I think need to improve is the water system. Hot water in the hotel is not really hot, and water pressure is quite slow. It might not be a problem if you travel in Summer, but in Winter you might feel water is not enough warm. Moreover, the sink does not have warm water, so in the morning it can be very cold to wash face at the sink. Overall, nevertheless, it is a pretty lovely hotel to stay.
