Trip to istanbul and chose the Reaissance as my base lovely hotel lovey staff met all me needs and excedded in expectations - If ihad to find a negative there isnt much around on foot to Taxis are readly available so depending where you want to go most places are cheaply accessable

Our TV was not working the day we arrived, and even after multiple complaints through reception it was not fixed until the next day evening. Socket in the bathroom was not working as well, and hooks were falling off the wall. Reception are all men, not a single a woman. In general the impression was not the best.

Everything was terrible: Check-in, dirty sheets (has to be changed when asked), executive room was very small with no coffee machine and the water boiler was broken. Change my room and it was as terrible as the previous one. We got a cake for our wedding anniversary which was also terrible. The key word: TERRIBLE. Disappointed member of Bonvoy Marriott !

Hotel’s restaurant closes early. And there are limited decent restaurant options in close proximity. The area is noisy, especially at the weekend. The staff treats you like you are going to run away without paying your bill, and they ask valet fee every day when taking your car out, and not at the end of your stay! They also either take a deposit or let you pay each time with visa, without a deposit on your card (which is debited with each transaction) you can not bill your room. Why can’t they have everyone sign an agreement that says they are ok with getting charges on their card for unpaid expenses and keep it simple. It shows that they had bad experience with customers running away without paying bill which made us feel concerned about the quality of their hotel guests.

All staff members were friendly, efficient, and professional, from the check-in staff to housekeeping. Thanks to everyone. The fantastic view, amazing facilities, and the caring attitude of all the staff, I highly recommend this hotel as a top choice. I needed help to get to airport by public transport and also with tourism recommendations. The staff at front of house reception were just so friendly and an excellent example of outstanding customer service. Also the guy who helped me with the pool and spa facilities at 7am in the morning. He was so helpful. Thank you for your help. I will be returning 🌟

Stayed for 6 nights. Decent size room with a comfortable bed and updated furniture. Very clean hotel overall. Staff was also very nice. Absolutely would stay there again
