From the moment we stepped into the hotel to the moment we were leaving was an excellent stay, top class customer service, really friendly and always very polite. I would definitely go back to Vander Valk to stay. The rooms are really nice with everything you need like the fridge, lcd tv, safe locker. The beds were really comfortable.

POSITIV: Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war lecker , schƶn vorbereitet und reichhaltig. .... unangenehm waren eher Kleinigkeiten. z.B. kein Ganzkƶrperspiegel (Istanbul ist eine Shoppingstadt), oder im Bad keine Seifenschale, zu wenig Haken um sein Handuch etc. aufzuhƤngen. Preisleistung absolut OKAY!!!!!!
