Welcome to Bay Dreamer, Unit 8 Seafront Estate, located within a stunning complex right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, breath-taking views right from your private balcony, great fishing spots and beautiful parks at your fingertips, why would you not want to stay here! For guests use, why not relax by the swimming pool, a wadding pool for the toddlers, a communal BBQ which is perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch.

Bay Dreamer sleeps 8 guests, with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.

The bedding arrangement is 2 x Queens & 4 x Singles (2 x Bunk Beds). Bunk Beds are not suitable for Adults.

This furnished modern town house is an excellent choice to spend some quality time with the family! With a sitting room & TV downstairs, open plan living upstairs, private balcony with outdoor setting, secure court-yard, air-conditioning to the main living areas and ceiling fans to queen bedrooms. Kitchen has a dishwasher, electric cooktop and oven.

The Seafront has 2 pools one being a wadding pool for toddlers.

Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats.

No Wi-Fi at this property.

Jets in the spa bath do not work.

What to Bring: All properties are fully self-contained; however please note that these houses/villas/units are Not serviced.
You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a one hundred dollar cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.

Each unit has 2 x bays for parking. Can have a medium sized boat.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.

- Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.

This property has amazing ocean views and is in an excellent central location. It is well set up for either a larger family or 2 smaller families to share. Kitchen is in need of an update but other furniture and furnishings are very nice. Disappointing that no wi-fi is available.

Jurien Bay House December 2021
The location was very good,close to shops,restaurants,petrol,coffee,beach,jetty,etc... The home was a bit "tiered" Floorboards were in need of 2 coats of oil,and some repairs. Downstairs toilet leaked,causing the float valve to continuously want to refill the cistern.Took us 2 nights to figure out what the noise was all night long.Reported it to property manager.No one attended.So we turned the water off each night to stop the noise. Downstairs synthetic lawn was old and worn reflecting the general attention to poor maintenance of the property eg.Flyscreen sliding doors were difficult to slide. You could see where the BBQ was positioned,but no BBQ was provided,so we had to go to the pool to BBQ.At these prices we expected our own BBQ,not Caravan Park like common use. Not the fault of the property,but it was excessively windy all week.So check your weather forecasts for the time of year you plan your holiday. Would not stay at this property again unless confirmation that general maintenance had been done , and a BBQ provided at the house.
