Elevator doesn’t work. Had to haul luggage upstairs. Pool is torn apart. Bathroom had other people hair on floor and tub. No food service after 8 pm. When asked for another room was told booked up. Parking lot had four cars over night so no way that was the truth. Stairs and Hallway was extremely filthy. No vaccine on carpet for a while. Would not ever stay again. New hotels across the street

The towel rack fell apart. There's chunky bits of something on the floor. The A/C unit has something in it that rattles and clunks. The tiles around the tub are suspiciously dark grayish. The facecloth was grey and looked dirty.

Recommended.
Really enjoyed our stay here. The new building is beautiful and well-maintained, albeit understaffed. The one staff person in hand was very helpful and went out of their way to get us a cot.
