The staff were very friendly and informative. The property is in a prime location if you are wanting to have access to shops, dining and a petrol station. The mattress is a little worn and lumpy and I would suggest an upgrade at some point soon. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Fantastic room & facilities. We had the ocean balcony view room and would definitely book again. Loved the bathroom/ bed and the whole hotel services. The bar facing the ocean is somewhere you could sit, relax and chat for hours. Restaurant was top quality. Very friendly accommodating staff. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

A nice hotel on the seafront in Kingscote with a good restaurant and comfortable rooms. Check in was straightforward, receptionist friendly. Our room was on the ground floor, it was clean and had everything we needed for our two night stay though not very soundproof....on our second night we had a guy in the neighbouring room who seemed to spend the entirety of his stay on the phone so not the most restful of experiences! On a positive note the food in the restaurant was very good and I must just mention Mariana, our lovely waitress from Chilli.....she was such a ray of sunshine....a credit to the hotel! šŸ’• Kingscote is a good base to explore this beautiful island! We saw seals resting in the sunshine on the old pier in the evenings and playing in the waters in the mornings! All in all a good stay at this historic hotel....check out all the old photographs in the dining area!

Pretty much perfect. Had a minor maintenance issue on arrival, went to reception to report the issue, by the time I walked back to the room, maintenance were there, full of apologies and quickly rectified the issue, very well done. Staff bright and cheerful, polite, professional and prompt. Great service from all staff Room was clean and functional, beds very comfortable. Food was excellent, both evening meals and the breakfast buffet. Overall very happy, will stay there again and more than happy to recommend Aurora Ozone KI

Located conveniently in Kingscoate so it is well positioned for a stay on Kangaroo Island. Restaurant is convenient and good food and drinks. Balcony rooms have a lovely view of the bay. Comfortable quiet good sized rooms. Would stay again.

We stayed in the two-bedroom penthouse and it was excellent if you require a bit more comfort than a regular hotel room. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped for self-catering. The parking was in the next door public parking area which was not ideal.
