Overall excellent with the local amenities like a short walking distance to Kuta beach, Mall and mainly Waterbomb. Rooms were clean, facility to fill up clean filtered water. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options to choose. Hot food buffet was very helpful with option to choose direct from chef’s pan including Omlette, pancake, French toast, Roasted chicken and waffles. The staff was working so hard to top up food, cutlery and cleaning the table for other Guests and to accommodate their needs. We always had warm welcome with a lovely smile from everyone in the hotel from check in until check out. Beds were comfortable too :) They all were cheerful and trying to help people as much as they could. Overall we are happy with all the facilities provided to the guests and would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again next year 😊 Thank you. Terima Kasiah 🙏

Loved the spacious room and washroom. Complimentary buffet brekkie by the pool was the highlight. Great food.. amazing variety. We also used the laundry service and received our clothes clean and ironed. Staff were welcoming. Only thing we noticed was that room needed some repairs/ maintenance..for example tables/ chairs were chipping off on the edges.

Stay was very comfortable and staffs were friendly. Pool was nice and safe for the kids. Breakfast buffet was very good. I will give 5 stars for the stay. I would give 3 stars for the spa. They didn't check what oil I needed and when I asked just before starting the massage,they were not happy about it. Also I was being told card is not working and need to pay by cash. But in reception I checked while checking out the same person from spa came and accepted the card payment

I booked one night stay and I was happy until I was about to shower. There was a big cockroach at the corner of outside shower. It’s an unfortunate that I had to downgrade this hotel for their cleanliness; otherwise, it’s a decent hotel to stay

Lovely place to stay
Came here with our two children and had a wonderful time. The buffet breakfast is amazing, lovely food and so much selection! Our room was great, had all we needed at such a great price! Staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful too. Pools were great, the small pool is perfect for young children and the large pool perfect for laps or games. Gym could do with some new equipment and some pool toys would be a nice touch but apart from that we really loved our stay and would return!

Good place to stay
Over all very good, nice, comfort and good value for money too. Nice and close to beach, Airport and even city. So worth staying there. The only issue I faced was pick from Airport which even after informing them twice nobody turned up to airport and I had to take cab.

We loved Swiss Belhotel. Everyone was super friendly, food was delicious, the swimming pool was amazing. It is not exactly in the beach but they had a shuttle bus twice a day. They could even provide with 10% discount to Waterbom Bali

We stayed here due to a delayed flight. last minute booking. Was very convenient being so close to the airport. Was good for the price. But would only stay for the convivence of the location. Restaurant was average. Good and cheap drinks was the best part. Staff were nice and did what they could.

All the staff members are very welcome. Variety of food from the cafe/restaurant really good. Room clean and tidy. The hotel is also close to the airport which made our life easier.
