When trying to rent a room at the property the cost of the room was more than it was online. The front desk lady said in order to get a lower rate I had reserved the room online, which I did standing in the lobby. We get to our room and unpack our vehicle. When walking into the bathroom there was black mold everywhere, even hanging from the ceiling. We requested a different room. They gave us the one right next to the one with black mold. During the stay our room key deactivated twice. We requested extra pillows from the front office and were told that wasnā€™t possible. Other than the old hotel smell the room seemed to be clean, so we decided to stay. However, when we woke up the next morning there were roaches in the bathroom.
