Home and patios wired with "super string" for superior wifi signals throughout. 55" Roku Smart TVs in Master Suite, Great Room, and Game Room. Dedicated workspace with large desk for keeping up at work. Many ways to entertain your group from the foosball, pool table, professional electronic dartboard for 4 players, and nice selection of board games. Private pool to take in the lake view or from the roof top viewing deck. . . those Havasu sunsets will take your breath away! Propane charges to heat the pool are an additional cost at the current market rate. Pets are welcome with an additional $200/pet non-refundable fee. Beautiful and spacious home with everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. The home has lots of garage space for cars and RVS, a fun game room, and a beautiful yard and pool. The communication from the property management company was the best I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommended.

This home has everything you can ask for in a vacation rental! Lots of great rooms and configurations that accommodated, our large family and friends. Everything was first class and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Overall it was a great property. We just wished there were suitable chairs on rooftop view. The chairs were dry rotted and only 1 functional seat . We would have liked to spend more time up there at night to enjoy the view.

We were in town for the Triathalon and coming “home” to this house was beyond perfect! Heated Pool! Billiards! BBQ and eat dinner on the patio by the pool! Amazing sunsets! Deluxe accommodations!

Very nice house. Great game room!
Overall, we had a very nice stay and we loved the house. The hit of our stay was the air conditioned garage/game room with a pool table, Foosball, a dart board and a really cool bar with a TV! The only thing that was a bit of an inconvenience is the location as it is way up at the top of the hill and not exactly around the corner from the market, gas stations, restaurants, etc., but once we were there and had everything we needed we loved it.
