Lots of bad experiences. Reception person said contact then for any help with show tickets or tours. Needed to replace a cancelled tour and same desk different person said she couldn’t help with that. Bell hop said 5 minutes for a taxi but when I needed one he wasn’t there and nobody could help - had to walk to a nearby hotel to get a taxi. Every day for 5 days housekeeping would leave new coffee but no sugar or creamers. House keeping skipped my room one day and the front desk said they would take care of it. 3 hours later no housekeeping. Front desk said they would clean tomorrow but I complained and then they sent someone. I paid for a Hilton and got Motel 6 service.

A real nice, comfortable room close and convenient to all the things you can do in Vegas. The monorail is right there and the Strip and Sphere are within easy walking distance. You don't get a lot of frills at this hotel, but you don't need them either. I do wish the Wi-Fi had been stronger and the tv offered casting.

Nice place. Should offer a Continental breakfast. Was pissed that the parking voucher the hotel gave me was not accepted by the kiosk & I had to pay an $25 to get my car out; Valet would be a nice addition & maybe then I wouldn't get stuck paying for parking.

This hotel was well situated and provided easy access to the Las Vegas strip. Pool facility was nice too. Having a full kitchen was an added bonus. Special kudos to Gigs who assisted us with storing bags after checkout so we could fully enjoy our day before our flight.

When I checked in, I wasn't given much of any information about amentities, such as where the pool is located, etc. The construction right next door at the Flamingo hotel went all day and late into the night. The Hilton pool area was covered in dust all the time.

The property is beautiful and new with very nice staff, but we moved after one night . There is NO Bar, No drinking allowed around the pool, and No food ( except a vending area). You have to walk around the block to the Flamingo for food and drinks.

Great hotel in a great location. It was really difficult to find the car park, it would be useful to have the parking location before arrival. Signage in the hotel for exiting via pedestrian link was poor. Our room was spacious, really comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely stay again.

No dining, but its Vegas. So no real problem. Coffee shop hours were inconsistent. No pool. It was closed for maintenance? No one working on it our entire time. They had a share program with local casinos, but not convenient. Room was very nice, but furniture was very uncomfortable. Staff was excellent and friendly. Location was very convenient to Caesar properties, Ferris Wheel, and a mile walk to the Sphere, which is why we were there. Because this property is behind the Flamingo, the noise level was superb. Nice quiet get away from the casino noise.

Pretty much the only place to stay on the Strip that has a Fridge and gives you 2 free bottles of water a day! Room very clean and comfortable. Hallways a little tired, but who cares! A little off the strip, behind the Flamingo, but the reasonable price and amenities make the extra few steps worth it!
