Staff were all very friendly and polite. Helpful too. I really liked the daily texts asking if we needed anything, and having that easy line of communication was nice. My only complaint: our 2nd floor room was right near the garbage dumpsters. Which were emptied daily. At 5am...lol damn trucks woke us up each morning. Overall, a great place to stay, I would not hesitate to stay again. Next time on a higher floor though lol

I did not appreciate the shark concierge who traps you right after check out, when you are tired, hungry, need to use bathroom. I took the $40 no show charge because I fell for it just to get out of there. But it’s really uncalled for. I had to basically agree to everything to avoid a fight and get to my room.

I didn’t like being bombarded as soon as we checked in a misled that we were going to pick up a “welcome kit” and it turned out to be a TIMESHARE! Not cool! This ruined our entire trip! We almost missed our show on Sunday bc they told us the presentation started at 10 am and it’s only 90-120 minutes! We were there more than 3 hours and had to beg to have a shuttle bus take us back to our hotel. It was just terrible not on Hotels.com but Hilton.

I did have one issue with this location. I rode into town on my Harley to meet with friends for a few days of riding around the area. Only Valet parking was offered. Initially I was told to park in a public parking lot about a block away. I went to the front desk and they were able to get me some resolution. I suggest that you consider some better arrangements. I can't be the first to ride a motorcycle to your location.
