Really liked the property. Annoying that reception kept ringing me about the welcome package, which is a 90min share time presentation in exchange for gifts. Very intrusive and annoying when already declined at the desk.

Decent property, my gripes are you have to pay for valet parking. There are signs you can follow that say self-service parking...you follow them, and it doesn't exist. The system to retrieve your car at check-out is uncoordinated. Also, and this is a big one, the checkout time is 10 AM! Big negative especially after a night in Vegas. It's a timeshare and they will try to get you to attend a meeting with the usual timeshare guise of getting some kind of prize or reward. The queen bed is a sofa bed that has been extended. Everyone was nice, and the place was pretty clean.

Construction work on BLVD is nearing completion but there was still a lot of noise throught the night most nights. Only 2 of the 3 lifts that service the rooftop pool were operational and 1 of these was temperamental so often had to wait 5-10 mins to get up to the pool and the same back down again. No more self park at Polo Towers so had to pay the $25 per day valet charge and when staying 21 nights this was a huge cost!!! Then theres the $28 per day resort fee…for a resort that doesnt have a casino or any restaurant…is crazy expensive basically for the use of wifi!!! Staff were fantastic and rooms were pretty clean despite being a bit dated…weve stayed in Polo Towers a number of times before when owned by Diamond Resorts and the decor is still the same as it was the past 9-10 years.

I enjoy staying at the Polo Towers, it's conveniently located, the renovations are great, the only issue I have is staff pushimg the timeshare didn't respect multiple acknowledgments that I was not interested in the timeshare presentation as I have done it multiple times before. I respect it is their job but also expect them to respect my preference when I provide multiple respectful decline. It made my check in extremely uncomfortable, I literally had to tell the gentleman that I was trying to be respectful but he was pushing to me not being respectful.

Only clean the room one time if you’re there for a long stay. Called the front desk several times about the temperature in the room it was 81 degrees never came to fix it.
