Bath needs upgrading but I don't regret my stay
The grounds, pool, lobby, and exterior of the hotel are great. The room was great too, with a comfortable bed. The staff were all super friendly. And the cleaner even noticed that I was drinking more water than the two they left daily, and started leaving three. The problem was the bathroom. The outdoor shower ended in just a 1/2" PVC pipe with no shower head. And the bath was an old plastic one that looked decades beyond its useful life. And the faucets had corrosion. To be fair, I stayed one night of my week-long stay in another room with a more newly updated bathroom, so only some rooms have a bath needing updating. But even with my bath that was too long past its useful life, I'd stay in the same room again. Because the staff and the rest of the place was so nice. And the balcony overlooking the pool with a small table and two chairs was a nice touch.

Very nice staff and the renovated rooms are also great! Prices are also fantastic. I’ll be back again and I don’t often say that about places in Bali. It was actually better than the pictures. Only slight issues was the kitchen was understaffed and it took 1.5hrs to get dinner one night. Every other night we got the food within 30 minutes. Not an issue! Will book this place again and tell all my friends.

The place has a beautiful pool and garden. It used to have the most friendly staff I had met and now it is a struggle to get anyone to help with your bags, bring you coffee or tea at breakfast or any of that basic stuff. This stay was the second time I have had to request that they put clean sheets on the bed upon check in as they were visibly dirty. For the money you pay it's good value, its just not a good of a place as it used to be.

The Kusnadi is very well priced but you get what you pay for. We stayed in a room which had a recently renovated bathroom. I’m assuming the renovation will be great WHEN COMPLETED. In the bathroom there was no towel rail, no toilet roll holder, no mirror, and the shower screen was so short that half the floor in the room was drenched. We had to ask for a bamboo towel rail as the room didn’t originally even have one of those. The only power point in the main room was behind the tv. We were pleasantly surprised with the Kusnadi. Rooms are basic, but clean, with a comfortable bed, and good air conditioner. Pool is fantastic, and restaurant is unbelievably cheap, but great quality food.
