Rooms run down , hard beds, mozzies in room, cats fighting through night outside our room, air conditioner noisy, fridge noisy. Asked for refund and they refused. Kids not aloud at rooftop pool/area and wasn’t made clear anywhere before booking. We had to move hotel after one night as we could not stand to be there

The property is in a great location for dining and shopping. The room was nice and clean, and just enough space for me. However, I think all the rooms need an upgrade due to a few wears and tears.
