A very upscale hotel with extremely comfortable and well appointed rooms and an outstanding 65 foot lap pool that I used every day. Excellent free breakfast was included with my booking. Hotel also offers a luxury shuttle from the airport for $31 which I took full advantage of after having Traveled for nearly 32 hours prior to arriving. There were a number of restaurants in the immediate area or only about a mile away, which could easily be accessed by taxi. Only downside were that the streets were congested and a bit dirty, but that is the same for all of Denpasar.

Beautiful and safe property in a convenient area. There was free breakfast that was OK but the fruit was very hard. The room was beautiful, but the pillows were way too big and heavy even after we asked for smaller ones. They were still not very comfortable. The bathroom was nice, but the water smelled horrible very similar to sewer water and there was no ventilation in the bathroom so it got very hot. The staff were very nice except for a woman at the breakfast by the name of ENI. She had an attitude when I asked for coffee and had a face like she didn’t want to be there and was too good for everybody. Other than that, the rest of the staff were great. I definitely would come back, but would love for them to change the hard fruit at the breakfast, the pillows and the smell of the water in the bathroom.

Staff was very attentive and they thought of everything as far as pampering. They bent over backwards to help us get around. Great location for sunset.

The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and excellent bathroom amenities. Spacious and well maintained. While breakfast choices were limited to the vegetarians, the restaurant staff were very friendly to offer custom preparation to help us out. Very nice spa service that we used almost every day! Only the thing I did not like about is that our room window / balcony opens directly into the view of adjacent property. Could never use the balcony and always have to close the curtains to keep privacy ! Overall, a very nice place to stay for a vacation with easy access to several restaurants and businesses close by.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bandha, the room was spacious, clean and modern, the staff were all friendly and welcoming always willing to assist, the breakfast was very nice and the mozzarella restaurant great for evening meals. My only issue was the need for some maintenance around the main pool, loose floorboards near the bar and some areas showing signs of age.
