Great room - dockside view with loads of space - perhaps more furniture or plants to fill the space! Fantastic breakfast and we had dinner one night too which was fab. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great stay!

Stunning place inside, really nice décor and atmosphere. Beware of the parking though, I was not made aware until I left there was a parking charge. Also £15 for EV charging on top of car parking I think this is a bit steep.

About the hotel
The room was very nice.but no bath robes this time and we always have them. And the hotel taxi minibus was parked in the disabled Bay when not been used. And I am disabled. We always use this hotel and never had to pay parking but this time we had to pay parking not happy

The hotel itself is amazing. Very spacious. Staff are attentive. It was lovely to eat or drink at the balcony overlooking the old dock & the old tobacco warehouse. A bit less than half an hour to walk to Albert dock. The surrounding area is a bit run down. Buffet breakfast is good. The restaurant food is not the best. We ate there first night and ate somewhere else the second night. Parking on site at £8 a day.
