Basic but fantastic
Booked it as a last minute option but we were delighted with our choice. The room itself was very basic but we werent in it much. That said it was clean and had what we needed. The staff were friendly and couldnt have helped us anymore with their advice. The location is spot on for the Matthew St and Stanley area along with shopping. The only negative is that the parking is a short 5min walk as the area has been pedestrianised so dont follow the sat nav.

This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and would definitely stay there again. Fantastic location. Less than 5 minute walk from the docks. Close to all the nightlife, restaurants etc. Only issue was it's like a maze inside and the room seemed miles frm reception (ok slight exaggeration). It's nothing special but its clean, with modern rooms and for the price, we were very happy. Also, the staff were lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Many thanks!

You get what you pay for
Good location and cheap. That’s why I booked and that’s what I got. It’s a no frills (like zero) maze of corridors. Has all the basics and was totally fine for a couple of lads over to watch the football.

Excellent location shops and bars just around the corner 4 minute walk to the nearest train. Bus stop for anfield directly out the train station. Very clean room comfortable beds and the staff are very friendly and helpful

The room was cold due to air conditioner problem
The air conditioner didn’t work. We said the issue and they changed our room. But it was the same in the other room. At least, there was a portable heater in the second room. Even so, the room was cold during night.
