Reception staff were friendly but hotel room was very disappointing. Marks all over the walls with dirty fingerprints indicate poor cleaning standards. Condensation issues meant you couldn’t see out of the window. Not a great overall impression at all - hotel seems to be in need of investment and improvement. Location was great but would not return.

The hotel is in a good central location but my deluxe double room with window was nothing like the example on the website. The room was tiny and shabby. There was no kettle and not even a glass in the bathroom to drink from. Had to suffer a cold shower as there was no hot water. For £105 it was a total rip off.

Overall good. Curtains need changing as humidity is visible with a naked eye . Room needs refurbishment as condensation/mould is creeping in. But the Staff were amazing and the room had enough space.

Brilliant Budget Hotel.
Brilliant budget hotel. It has everything you need for a night in the city. Clean comfy bed, great shower, friendly staff - what more do you need? Just remember to pick up your tea or coffee in the lobby before you head upstairs. No kettles in the room.

One night stay after the Liverpool match. Well looked after at 9am on the day of the stay. Stored case for me and enabled me to pay before checking in. Please is just tired, lifts not working etc. Room was comfortable but for example two lights not working in the bathroom and an unrepaired damaged wall by the bed. Would stay again

The room was amazing room 122.Comfy bed a little bit high off the floor though.Room was lovely and Warm,toilet was nice with toiletries the shower old but good power.Tv not working but lots of lovely mirrors lamp on bedside and hairdryer too.No Kettle with teas/coffees and biscuits and No bin. The Person on Reception Luc Didnt tell us It was a Maze to get to Our room and A Block and B Block the Signs very Misleading and Up and Downstairs.
