Very close to Ealing shopping and good transport links with tube & buses. Rooms very clean & tidy and staff so friendly and always helpful. Good food options downstairs and feels very safe. Only two small issues shower a bit slippery, but rubber bath mat solution was good, and mattress a bit hard for my older body’s liking.

The area is amazing. This hotels location is its best asset. The breakfast is ok-ish… check in very bizarre & the service is sub-par. Very little storage in the rooms. A good place to stay for 1-2 nights.

This was my second time staying at this location , I give it a 5 star for maintaining their standards. It’s a lovely theme around the hotel, lobby and amenities are clean.
