Our stay was fantastic!! Highly recommend Point A for its excellent service and prime location! The staff were extremely accommodating, kind, and supportive, making our experience genuinely delightful. A big thanks to all the reception team. The location was perfect, with both the DLR and the underground station just a short walk away. Being situated in Canary Wharf, we had multiple restaurant options nearby, and the docks were conveniently close.

Best thing about this place is its location. However there was a lot of renovations taking place. The room itself was small but only a place to sleep .

When it's all said and done what we want is a safe clean area to wash up and sleep in. This does just that at a 5 star level. We've all been accustomed to the perks like a coffee bar, breakfast bar and more space than we really need. This isn't provided. I don't object to that but pricing should call that out. Apples and oranges. Could well be the best place to sleep in the Canary Wharf area, I didn't check.

Location was great, easy walking distance to great restaurants and attractions. While the facilities were clean, we found the bedrooms to be quite small and cramped.

The staff were very welcoming upon arrival and very helpful. The room although small did meet our needs although more charging points nearer the second bed would have been helpful for charging phones etc.

Weekend stay
Have stayed before and not paid extra for early check in or leaving bags for the afternoon - this time charged £15 for hour and half of early check-in and advised £3 per item for bag store. There was ongoing construction on the hotel in the rooms next to us - chunks of plaster in the corridor and although the work didn't continue over the weekend a man who was trying to work during Friday of our check-in went to complain as he had been placed next to rooms with workmen using pneumatic drills. Don't feel it was reasonable that he had been put in that position.

We were not expecting the room is very small for the price we paid. There were some noises the next day at around 8:30 am the noise was like they were dragging sofas in one of the room next to us.
