The bed was comfy, the breakfast good-although I was told they do not carry 1/2&1/2 for the coffee—. Ok now what was wrong Outside garbage containers filled to overflowing the 2 days we were there I had to skim the pool before using it Garbage around pool area, including half a joint! As well as 2 broken chairs Worse than that, our room smelled SO musty we would have left had we had another choice

The floor was sticky (which I assume mopped iwth a dirty mop). Overall, even the elevators were dirty with old liquid spills on the wall and elevator door. One of the TV remotes were very dirty and sticky. Would not stay there again. My apologies for sounding so negative, but you need to know for improvement purposes.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, rooms clean BUT the shower curtain was too short and ripped, I didn’t not close all the way, there was a bar of soap left in the shower from the previous people that stayed in that room, one side of the curtain to the window was broken, window seal had dead bugs and a bit dirty, and in one of the corners of the room there was a spider web with a dead bug trapped in it. A few things to correct in this particular room but I would stay here again….in a different room.

Excellent? I would rate it as fair at best.
The room in general was clean, i.e. no dust on surfaces and bathroom was clean, but the carpet was gross. Stains in places and sticky to walk on in bare feet. (We both wore socks as a result.)
