The room was nice and clean. The air conditioner was old and didnā€™t work very well. The staff took 30 minutes to check me in and ended up charging me 2 times for the same reservation. Then after I checked out I didnā€™t receive my deposit back on my card that was charged for incidentals. I called them a week later and they just gave me the run around. Never going there again.

I never requested handicapped accessible room I was given one late in night who is tired after 8 hr drive . Was never informed when I checked in that my room is handicapped accessible room ! Next day I had to leave early so could not have time to request to change my room plus when I returned in evening my room was not serviced šŸ˜”. I had to call and get them send some one to clean up bit . Very disappointed. Expedia should have looked in to this when I made the reservation. !!!

Unprofessional Staff and Owner
I wish I could add a zero rating on the hotel's staff and service. They are unprofessional, and the supervisor/who claimed to be the owner is also of no help. I had an issue when I tried to extend my stay at that place. The receptionist insisted that I needed to add $20 for the room not facing the freeway after we already stayed there for 6 days, that was ok when I asked if they could do a complementary, but the receptionist refused and hung up the phone. I called again then I looked for a manager, the supervisor/claimed the owner answered my phone, then he started with blah blah blah.... As a business owner and the kind of industry that you are in, you should listen to your customer, instead, he keeps on talking. So I just said, please just refund my stay, and I'll get another hotel that is worth my penny. Reading back the review after I had a bad experience, I would agree 100% that the supervisor/owner and the receptionist are unprofessional.
