Good property but they didn’t have an allergy friendly breakfast. They mixed the pancake griddle and you could make banana nut pancakes and original. I have an intense nut allergy so I couldn’t share a griddle with something that touched nuts.

Excellent location for an event we needed to be near. You can smell the cleaning happening constantly. The staff was quick to respond to issues of which there weren’t any major ones. We would define stay again!

My room was not clean. Someone left a pair of socks in front of the table. I saw them when i went to use the phone. To call down the front dest because my TV was not working. The technician came up the previous guest had a game system hooked up and switch the cable. According to himI got 2 sheets and slept on top of the bed covers. Then i woke up to take my shower in the morning and a bugs was crawling in the tub. I took a picture and video of bug in tub. Had to put towels on the floor. Its was hair on the bathroom floor in several places. I took pictures and the technician tooks pics of hair on floor. When i went to check out no manager was available. I called many times like almost daily. The phone just ring and ring or goes straight to voicmail. So, i went up to hotel today 10/7/24. Guess what the manager was in. I spoke to her. She should not be a manager of any hotel. She doesn't understand enough of the english conversation. I will never stay at that hotel. I thinking about calling the health department. She said since you stay in the room then you have to pay. You should have left or check out of hotel that night.
