Everything was great, I only stayed about 8 hours just needed a place to rest and shower on a road trip. Staff was friendly, room was decent. The elevators smelled like smoke and the hallways but other than that it was good

I didn’t like any part of my stay at this hotel from the moment I arrived and entered my room. The room was very hot and had a weird smell. The fridge that I was supposed to hold my medicine in wasn’t working. I asked the front desk if I could swap rooms before 15 mins of being there and she said that I couldn’t. It took the front desk agent how many hours to resolve the issue with fridge but by then my medicine already went bad. We had waited so long for the fridge issue to be fixed that me and my kids didn’t have a chance to enjoy the pool because it closed.The pillows on the bed were so small that they were literally enough for 1 adult and 1 kid to share. I had asked for extra pillows to accommodate the 3rd person in the room and there weren’t any. The bed itself was really uncomfortable because it was sagging on one side. Now fast forward to the next day me and my kid went down to breakfast and there were limited items in the buffet. The buffet attendant was throwing trash and then without washing her hands touching the juice machine and the plates (Gross). She also wasn’t wearing any gloves in between cleaning, and touching the buffet items: So in all we didn’t have good rest, we didn’t get a chance to use what hotel amenities were there, and we got grossed out while we ate the next day. This was one of the worst stays I had in my life.

Great hotel
Hotel was clean, updated and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The front lady was so nice, we asked for utensils for our dinner order who didnt provide any and she not only gave us utensils she also offered plates. Great customer service. The breakfast was great too.

For the area, this place was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the hot tub was not hot...like not even a little hot. But other than that this place was nice enough.

I am actually requesting a refund. There was literal blood on the floor of my room. There was no hot water. The internet and television did not work. The charging ports throughout the room were all broken. I didn't feel safe taking off my shoes and when I called to tell the hotel manager that nothing was working. She assured me. She would be up in no less than 10 minutes and never came up. When I went down at 2 o'clock in the morning to ask. They told me that she had left 10 minutes after the time that I was told she was coming.. This was an absolutely disgusting experience and I would never stay here.
