I like the Friendlines of the staff. Also the little convenience store. I didnt like the status of maintenance of the room. The sockets didnt work properly. The bathrrom needs maintenance. Also we didnt like the poor offer on the restaurant for the "lunch" althoug the breakfast was very good. But on the other hand at midday the restaurant was closed. Thats no good.

STAY HOME!!!!
No hot water. TVs don’t work. Deposit for incidental charges were ludicrous and higher than Four Seasons. Owner and managers should be other put in jail or an insane asylum… or maybe not because the service would probably be better in these places. Staff from Night manager, maintenance, security guard were all amateurs who made me embarrassed to be an American

Mold growing under toe, kick a bathroom sink, dingy rooms. On site market has microwavable frozen food however you have to walk about a block through the laundry room to get to a microwave

The place is worn down to it's bone. The toilets are filthy and gross, shower is broken the hallways and ambience reminded me of Motel 6, that I stayed in when I was a student 20 years ago.. actually worse than that.. I also have pictures . Please don't go by the name of Sheraton. It is the worst hotel we have been to since the 1990s. Coming from a frequent traveler and Narroit Bonvoy member.
