The air conditioner was too loud. I went and told some guy at reception and he had a maintenance worker look at it. Never fixed the problem. I had to shut it off at 3:00am as it was keeping me awake. They never offered to give me another room. I won't stay there again.

Hotel is nestled in a quiet area and still easy to access amenities. Staff was very nice amd welcoming. I wasnt able to get breakfast as it runs from 6 to 9 but its easy to find places to eat. I'd stay here again as its centrally located, quiet and not run down like some places in Los Angeles.

The over all stay was nice, very peaceful. The only thing was 2 housekeepers came in my room pushing the door behind my 10 yr old son and started picking up a sheet off the floor. WEIRD they left after i had a few exchaning words for them.

The AC wasn’t working properly, all of the emergency doors were opened, in a less than desirable neighborhood, and anyone could get inside the hotel, off of the street. We witnessed one such person do that. The walls and carpet were dirty and there was a foul odor throughout the property. The elevator didn’t feel safe and you could see where people had written all over the walls and windows. It backs up to what seemed like some crack houses. We didn’t feel safe with our room right next to a door that was left open to the world and when we spoke to it with the front desk we were told there was nothing they could or would do about it and that they wouldn’t refund us our money. We ended up eating the cost as we were not going to stay in a place with our son that absolutely did not feel safe or secure.
