We stayed here because it was close to the airport and they had a 24/7 shuttle from the hotel to the airport. The shuttle driver was very kind and continued to talk about how the shuttle service runs every 30 mins and that the other hotels don't do that (not sure if that's true). The front desk associate was kind and welcoming, and our room was very clean. We had a view of the airport runway, it's that close to it. The breakfast was unexpectedly expensive. When asked if we wanted to pick from the menu or do the buffet, we asked what the difference was. The waiter told us they were the same, but the buffet let's you go back for more, as per usual. We went with the buffet, and when we got the check it was $100 in total. And keep in mind that this was for 2 people. Maybe we should've pushed more on the pricing information, but safe to say that breakfast wasn't awful but it would be way better and cheaper somewhere else.

This is a great location with very friendly staff. We had a one-night stay with a 4am departure for our flight out from LAX. The hotel was clean and inviting, quiet and cozy for us to get a good night sleep early, and above all, this hotel was extremely convenient for getting to the airport. They have a free direct shuttle that runs every 15-20 minutes all day long. Our stay here was perfect.

Convenient to LAX but not worth the Mess
The place is busy and under construction/renovations. I paid an extra $100 to check in early to my room. I had been in my room for about 15 minutes, ready to get comfortable, when a flight pilot opened my room door with the key he had. Not only did it feel scary, but also invasive. He apologized and closed the door. I called the front desk and was transferred to the front desk manager, who greeted me by the wrong name. She was apologetic about the incident and waived the fee, but I never got an answer to what happened, and my key was turned off without them letting me know. I found out at midnight after coming back tired from a work event when I could not access my room. I had a 7:35 Am flight and had to walk back down to the lobby to a 20 minute line just to activate my key. Also, I noticed empty bottles or trash in the elevator waiting area on the 11th floor when I arrived at 1 pm and still at midnight when I got back from my work event.

Good location but needs an update for the price they charge. The pool is nice and clean. The customer service was great from some hosts then mediocre from others. Shout out to the young man who helped me get a room close to the elevator due to my injured foot. I would stay here again.

This hotel is not that close to LAX. You still needed to take shuttle which took a very long time. One even passed by and did not even stop and not full. It was pretty stressful after a long day of flying. The check-in staff was unfriendly. The room was nice, clean and had most of what you would expect of a Hyatt hotel.
