My family and I really liked this place. Everything was clean and parking was easy to find and get. The breakfast was just okay. The only thing we would of liked is of our room could have been cleaned every day.

Upon my arrival I had to switch rooms, being my room had roaches. The 2nd room I moved to, had TV issues. The manager didn't seemnto care about the roaches. I'm sure that wasn't the first time addressing an roach issue : she seem unfazed.

3.5 stars Pros: Friendly staff Cleanliness You can request extra services via their app (housekeeping, extra towels) Cons: Most breakfast items tasted terrible and/or old Crappy coffee, which is true at all Residence Inn locations No kettle to boil water in the room The "unlock your room door" via the app feature rarely works I'd recommend staying somewhere closer to 2nd or 4th St in Long Beach to be closer to restaurants, shops, nightlife, etc
