He said he couldn’t find my reservation which made me check in hours later then the house that’s on Vrbo was not the house we stayed in house was very raggedy and dirty!

Our recent stay at the Marina del Rey venue booked through VRBO was quite terrible. The unit poorly stocked . . . in fact, it was terrible and the owner of the unit should be ashamed. The unit was beyond poorly stocked. No beach towels, paper towels, dish washer detergent, washing detergent, soap . . no anything. Does the owner of this unit believe that each individual visiting this unit - - for a few days stay - - should go out and purchase these items?? Seriously. I would strongly NOT Recommend this unit to anyone visiting this area. I would also recommend that VRBO "DE-LIST" this unit from its site.

BEWARE! DO NOT STAY!
The property was dirty-- crumbs all over the counters, table, sheets didn't look as though they had been changed. The air mattress had a dirty band-aid stuck to it. And the couch was covered in crumbs on the surface and under the cushions. We are still fighting to get our money back. Incredibly disappointed after being a long-time VRBO customer.

It's a apartment not a hotel. Bought a room and couldn't even get in building and only thing Expedia could say is we will keep your $366. And book you another room if you like for an additional charge iwhat a joke. Last time I ever use Expedia.

They lie us. Service horrible , we were waiting half an day to entry because the flat was ocupated by last client and later it last be cleaned one of the bath was not in order as the tv they refuse compensate for the damages and time lost
