Booked this hotel by accident Expedia contacted them right after and they wouldn’t cancel my reservation we got there for the first night you can hear and feel the planes rumbling the hotel. The hotel itself was falling apart floors run down, water stains, and the sheets were damp so we ended up leaving after the first night. Don’t even know how this is considered a Sheraton.

Loved the quick check in and free upgrade to corner suite . Noisy bc so close to airport and construction though. We arrived at 10 past midnight and bar and restaurant were closed! That was a little disappointing…. But overall good hotel great value.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
I stayed in 1412. It says non smoking but pillows, mattress are still not replaced and once you sleep on bed it stinks
