Dinner was much less than satisfactory!
The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were flat and horrible. We ate dinner at the restaurant there. The food was horrible and the waiter acted like he was doing us a favor by waiting on us. Most of the time he ignored us. I was not happy that you charged us for a 20% tip for such bad service.

Great Stay At Sheraton Gateway in LA
This was my first time staying at the Sheraton Gateway in LA. It is very conveniently located by LAX. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Valet Parking attendants were awesome and very helpful and friendly. I look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel event was canceled due to the fires and smoke. I asked for a waiver to change my dstes and never heard back from expedia nor the hotel.

On their parking sign they said $24 per day(24 hours), They charged me $48 for parking only because I left the parking lot for one hour even the total parking time is less than 12 hour
