Great room Loved the bath. Disturbed sleep due to noisy neighbours. Shower dripped, creating an annoying noise on the bath. Couldn't stop it.

Although it was a business trip, it was my birthday. Hotels.com said there would be a late check out and I told them booking a suite was a special treat for my birthday. The suite was a little worn out in places, the dressing gown was ripped and tattered. There was no note of it being my birthday so no acknowledgement and the late check out was not featured so had to discuss that with the receptionist by showing what was on my booking, I was almost charged for a late check out… Breakfast was also disappointing - no croissants left at 9am, the cooked breakfast was sloppy looking but the fresh pineapple was amazing. Evening meal the night before was okay / not much for veggies. It wasn’t horrendous and I love the Mal brand but this was a little disappointing - if it wasn’t for a voucher and work expenses contributing to some of the suite cost, I wouldnt have booked it.
