The staff was welcoming even though we checked in late. The room was comfortable, and the amenities made it very relaxing. Additionally, it was conveniently located in the area we needed to access.

Extremely convenient that they had the option of a two bedroom suite with a little kitchen. We were only there for one night so did not need the kitchen. The carpets are very old and dingy and there was a bit of a musty smell when you first walked in but it was clean.

This hotel is very dated and desperately needs an upgrade. Housekeeping does not clean or make up beds. They only replace toilet paper and towels. The fridge was missing a leg, the carpet was ripped and the bath tub was sunken with a mat to try and hide it.

The breakfast though limited were sufficient and quite tasty. The carpet on the floors however needs to be lifted and replaced with either tiles or vinyl flooring. I understand it is part of the plan but i believe this will be a significant improvement both health and aesthetic wise. There was one occasion when one of the doors in the suite got stuck and was reported to the front desk for assistance, the response was almost immediate which was commendable. What i didn't like was that I stayed in the hotel for approx. 10 days and whenever the towels were changed out you had to always go to the front desk to remind them that it was 5 persons in the room and the towels were either replenished were either 2, 3 or 4 but never 5. On the second to last day when towels were changed out there were no towels available for the floor when stepping out of the bathtub.

Extremely Disappointed - Will not Return
I recently stayed and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Dirty Rooms: Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned. There was dust on the furniture and stains on the sheets and carpet. Despite requesting housekeeping to address the issue, the room remained in an unacceptable condition. Unfriendly Staff: The staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful. They seemed indifferent to the guests’ needs and lacked basic customer service skills. Any inquiries or requests were met with hostility or ignored altogether. Unresponsive Management The manager never showed up. Overpriced: For the quality of service and facilities provided, the hotel is vastly overpriced. I expected a much higher standard for the rates charged. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a terrible experience, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of better options available in the area.

We did a two night stay and it was great. No issues and we checked in really late due to travel and they were great about it. The young lady at front desk Ashley I believe her name is and she even helped signed me up for rewards. I get hotel is a bit older and they are going to renovate but it’s still nice and comfy and affordable.
