Please contact for approval before reserving as we need to know the breed, age and weight of your dog. Pets are prohibited unless specifically approved in advance. Dogs are not permitted on the beach between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm during the period of May 1st to Labor Day.

Great stay!
The place was very clean and well-kept. The balcony overlooks the water (and part of the pool on the side) and the beaches here are so clean! We’re about 15 minutes away from everything super touristy (boardwalk, broadway at the beach, etc) in Myrtle, which made it perfect because you’re near the busy crowds, but not right in them. It was so relaxing. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful condo on the Beach
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo. We enjoyed the private balcony so much & going to the beach is so easy and convenient. The kitchen is beautiful and has anything you will need. The bedroom and mattress was comfortable. In the master bedroom en-suite which is open to the bedroom the toliet has no privacy. It wasn’t a problem for us because it was just 2 of us & there’s another full bathroom which we used. I would stay here again for sure, beautiful beach, low rise community & pretty condo.

Exceptional condo on Surfside Beach
This impeccably updated condo is simply the best place to stay on Surfside Beach. The location can’t be beat. Just steps from the beach and Atlantic ocean with private access and a well kept private pool. The beach was quiet and uncrowded. The condo was minimally stocked with necessities, so renters would definitely need to make a stop at the grocery within a few hours of checking in. I would suggest that you put a hairdryer in each of the two bathrooms instead of just the master. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. Our family of four really appreciated the seating at the kitchen bar, as well as the large dining room table, which essentially became a workspace for most of my family. The Wi-Fi connection was good. We did have some issues with the stereo speakers that were hooked up to the TV set. I would also suggest upgrading the pillows, which were not very fluffy and very thin, and the sheets which were very thin. A mattress topper on the beds would definitely put this condo over the top. The family member staying in the master found the open concept bathroom not as private as desired. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and we had a marvelous time, despite the fact that it was bike week, and there was occasionally some excessive noise on the road bordering the condo. We will definitely stay here again when we travel to the area to visit our family.

FALL BEACH TRIP
First would like to say thank you to Mandy with I-trip. Any and all question/concerns were answered quickly and kindly. We really enjoyed staying in this very nicely appointed condo on the second floor. We have stayed two others times in this building on the first floor, but wanted to try the second floor for a different view . We love this complex for its small size and the great upkeep and attention provided to the grounds etc. The owners pride in their complex is evident. This condo has a great view and had everything we could ask for. We would definitely stay here again. Very easy access to many nearby groceries and stores. The Holiday Inn is a few doors down and the have a great little bar/grill called Saltaire if you want to walk down and eat or get carry out . Great experience all around and appreciated that we could bring our dog.

Beautiful sunrise view!
We enjoyed our stay very much. It was 3 short flights up to our unit on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is nice and well equipped. I used the Keurig and my husband cooked several meals. The master suite has a direct view of the sunrise and very nice to wake up to the sound of waves. My suggestions for improvement would be to add more rugs, especially at front door and in bedrooms because of the sand that is inevitable. Also a big clock by dining table would be nice. Highly recommend though if you want a condo right on the ocean with a pool.

Loved the property. The view was amazing. The unit was spotless and comfortable. The beds were among some of the most comfortable we have experienced in all of our travels. The complex was quiet and the other guests very friendly. If I could change anything, it would be to allow guest mode on the Roku and the fact that there is zero privacy between the bedroom and the bathroom. Not all couples are THAT close lol. Even so, it worked out and our time there was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Since you asked, here's an honest review: Rent here but know the following...
I have never been a rental property owner, but I would imagine one gets jaded after a while. A bad renter or two and I'd probably want to do the bare minimum as an owner, too. But still, I'd definitely do more than these people did to appoint the unit. This place gets 5 stars for the view, the location, and the showerhead. Beyond that, it has an Ebeneezer Scrooge feeling about it. The forks and knives were one step above plasticware. The smallest possible portions of dish soap and shampoo were made available. The only thing not cheap is the cost. No incentive to do more since someone will likely rent it as is. Pros: • Location • 20 mornings, 20 different sunrises • The showerhead • My wife loved it. Happy wife... Cons: • Cheaply appointed: Pans, flatwear, provisions, etc. Even the furniture was IKEA quality (and needed an allan wrench) and uncomfortable. I guess that's what you do when you own and want to maximize profit, but come on. Really? We dropped close to $5,000 for three weeks; • "Accuracy of online listing" was given 4/5 stars because the lack of a door between the Master Bedroom and Master Bath (you read that right: No door) was not properly depicted in the photos. • Responsiveness of property manager was given 3 stars because 2 1/2 was not an option. I reached out to them 4 times and they only responded twice. That said, they were outstanding when they did respond. • Deck appointed with uncomfortable furniture likely picked up on the side of the road.

Great Summer Vacation Spot
The property was as described, had a beachy feel, and was decorated well. It was equipped with everything we needed (to include iron, small ironing board, and hair dryer...which was not listed in the VRBO listing). The view of the beach was spectacular. Surfside is a great family beach. The walk to the sandy beach was steps away (2 floors down, through the pool area, and across the short dunes). The pool was clean and refreshing. On day 2 our AC unit stopped working. After a quick text, a kind professional was there to fix it within 1 hour. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This was a great family vacation, and we would stay here again. Very pleased with the the property and with iTrip Vacation. Thank you!
