You cannot open window. There is no fresh air. A/c didn’t work cuz it was cold outside. There is no air circulation in the room, the carpets stink and the windows are boarded up. It is impossible to open them to be able to breathe. The staff could do nothing except say, if you don't like it, leave. There was a small cockroach in the bathroom

Pillows and mattress need replaced very hard to get comfortable. Fitness center was closed which is why i stayed there because they offered a fitness center.
