The air conditioning unit in room 207 was like have a plane taking off in your room every time it came on. Had to turn it off. However during the night had to put it back on as the room got way too hot. Had a very poor nights sleep due to the noise of the Aircon.

I’m disappointment with the service I received in my recent stay. I had specifically booked and paid for a king room but upon arrival I was informed that the hotel didn’t have the room available instead I was offered a double room which wasn’t what I had reserved.
