Home away from home
After traveling for many weeks it was lovely to spend 4 days here. Everything we needed was provided. The bed and pillows so comfortable. A quaint cottage which was exactly what we were looking for. Nice and quiet but so close to Leipers Fork village. Be aware that there are steps to enter house. Only three at front door but would be difficult if disabled as no rail.

The cottage is cozy and clean! The kitchen is well equipped if you’re interested in cooking. Down the street from the town of Liepers Fork. Location of cottage made it easy to get around. Oh yes, I almost forgot about the comfort of the bed. Wonderful!!

Slice of Heaven
Little Leiper’s Cottage was a slice of heaven. The setting amazing, just a couple minutes from the town center. The place was absolutely darling, we wanted to move in forever. Incredibly clean, well appointed with everything you need! This place is even better than the photos!! Sarah, the host, was easy to get a hold of and very timely in responding. I could have sat in the front porch rocker all day!

Cute Town and House
The house is nicely decorated and the beds were very nice and clean/ comfortable. It’s a good location to the shops and restaurants. The next door house is unkept and they do have many dogs which barked on and off in the night. If you have a fan or sound machine you could probably mask it. Sarah was responsive to my questions.

Lovely Leipers Fork Cottage
Our overall stay was good. Had problems calling Sarah. Phone would ring but then it would go silent and no one would answer. I had to call several times until I got answering service on other end. Bathroom sink very slowing draining. Back door needs weather stripping. At night when in bed, cold air came through the door. Dog barking next door. We would stay there again.

Perfect Vacation Rental
We spent 3 nights at this charming little house & loved it! The front porch was decorated for fall with Mums & lots of pumpkins & gourds & a comfortable rocker for 2! The house is decorated beautifully with comfortable sofas & bed & lots of vintage/antique touches! Immaculate! The charming village of Leiper’s Fork is just down the street with great dining options & fun shops. One of our favorite towns. We will definitely book here again!

Lovely cottage
This cottage uses charm, and you feel immediately at home. Attention to detail Superb. DefinitelyWould definitely stay here in again. Although not a walkable location, it is centrally, located with easy access to everything you would like to see, and do in Leipers, Fork and Franklin area.

Great Mini Vacation!
My Wife and I had a wonderful vacation! The property is a charming little place that suited us perfectly for our week-long stay. The location was perfect for us, a short distance to Leapers fork in one direction, and If you are in need of necessities or a great sandwich, the Leapers Fork Market is just a short distance away in the opposite direction. Perfect place for a mini getaway!

The house was clean and well appointed. My daughter and I had a wonderful time exploring Leiper’s Fork, Dickson and Franklin. This house is the perfect location for visiting many places. Great WiFi and easy check-in and check out.

Adorable house
I live in Franklin and rented this adorable cottage for a couple of days to write and get some work done without distraction. It was spotless, well decorated and comfortable. I didn’t need it for vacation/travel- but for those who do, it is right in the village of Leipers Fork, a 15 min drive to downtown Franklin and to Franklin Road- so it’s a good location. There is also a market less than 1 min away. I do wish it had been quieter- it is right next to the road (most homes in Leipers village area are) and the road is fairly busy so the noise is loud and pretty consistent. I woke up a few times in the night when cars passed. BUT that’s minor- just a consideration if you prefer a true country quiet setting or not. All in all a great little rental cottage and I would recommend it for your stay.

A Leiper's Fork gem!!
This was a great place to stay - far enough away from Nashville but close enough to make an evening of it. We found we spent most of our time exploring the surrounding areas. The cottage was perfect for the both of us - as it was a working location for me as well, the internet was amazing (faster than I have at home :) ). Owner had all the available TV options one would need, very well equipped and was just right for us. You won't go wrong with a stay here and if we find ourselves back in this area again, we'd be glad to book if available.

Fabulous Little Getaway
My high school friend of over 30 years and I wanted a relaxing place to catch up and unwind, and boy did this property fit the bill. The Cottage is absolutely charming, we loved the decor and the feeling of the place and we were able to completely relax. We had seen reviews that mention the rooster next door, and that is a real thing but we had ear plugs with us, so it was all fine. The Leipers Fork area is beautiful, we loved Creekside Trading and I brought home some beautiful gifts. Though the cottage is only about a mile away from the "village", we chose to drive as the road is fairly busy. We also highly recommend Leipers Fork Market which is maybe 2 minutes from the cottage - I had the most amazing breakfast biscuit there, they make them daily. They also have fabulous sandwiches. We loved our stay so much that we hope to make this our yearly place to meet up!! Highly, highly recommend.
