The staff, without exception, were friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in providing excellent guest services. Our room, 2925, had the most beautiful view of any big city hotel we have stayed in, overlooking St. Patrick’s Cathedral and down 51st St. to the river. The beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean and well appointed.

Great location and large rooms

The interior of the hotel is very nicely decorated clean and smelt amazing staff was professional and kind. I stood in the balcony room which is a good feature in the summer time to have the access however as I stood in February I didn’t get much use of it. I was hoping for at least a nice view but unfortunately the balcony is onlooking another building so unless you will be visiting during the warmer season there is no need for it. I also stood here on a staycation and would say this hotel is a better fit for those who wouldn’t be spending much time in the room as it is a small space and doesn’t have a microwave. Other than that it was a pleasant stay
