Loved the view of the river. Friendly staff. Easy access to shopping and food and to attractions. Only thing that could’ve been better was the beds. One was very lumpy and uncomfortable the other was better. But will definitely be back to stay again.

We had an enjoyable stay. Room was very clean, beds were firm. Some maintenance could be use for small things like loose trim. The seating in the pool area was in need of a good cleaning, but the room itself was clean so not that big of a deal for us. We'd definitely return when back in the area.

The hotel had youth hockey teams, and there was absolutely no parking…and nowhere close to park our vehicle…which was supposed to be included in our hotel fee. Half of the cars in the hotel lot had no pass for parking, and the desk clerk could care less. We were on the fifth floor and i have a bad hip, and had to take the stairs consistently because of the kids packing the elevators playing in them with no supervision.

I asked the staff to clean my room around 10am and she said it was not enough notice for that day. The room was never cleaned and we didn't even have cleaned towels. The restaurant was very limited and drinks were horrible. Never staying there again.

The beds are really uncomfortable, the bathrooms are super small i would say around 4ft by 4ft. the charging ports on the headboard did not charge my phone so i woke up to a half dead phone. The staff is super nice and the view was really good but the amenities leave a lot of room to make up for unfortunately.

Came here a few years ago and had an amazing experience. I’m not sure what happened between then and now, but I’m extremely disappointed. We found hair all over the shower wall. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned before we showed up. Just very disappointed. Will not be staying here again.

We all booked a stay to celebrate our granddaughters birthday. I was very upset that they don’t offer free breakfast and they charge $16.00 a person for breakfast even for kids. I think it’s ridiculous after spending $200.00 plus a night and we can’t check in till 3:00 and check out is 11:00 the next day. Not even 24 hrs.

Pleasant place on the Niagara River. Receptionist was very helpful and check in was fast. Loved the choice of two pillows and bed was comfy. Loved the variety of TV channels. Room was spacious and shower was roomy. If I have one complaint, is that we were on a floor with about 4 rooms that had dogs and could hear them during the day and into the evening, but did not hear anything during the night. Still, I would rather not be on any floor with dogs.

Make you pay for parking
We arrived to the hotel and the parking lot was empty. It’s winter not peak.. we checked in, no line super easy. But I had to ask about the breakfast and check out. She was more concerned about me filling out paperwork for car paperwork and there was maybe 5 cars! When we finally were going to bed someone got checked in next to us. And the doors slam! The idiots slammed the door until 1:30. It kept sounding like someone was coming in our room. So after traveling all day we did not sleep well. We couldn’t tell if the doors are cheap or the other people were idiots. Then when I checked out they charge $10 for parking. That paper they had me put in my car. So yes there is plenty of parking… but that charge $10 a night. Had hidden fees so I do not recommend on that.
