Beautiful resort, with amazing pools and great staff. Handy to the beach and local shops. Only thing was the relatively limited range of food at the two restaurants. We got around this by eating at the nearby street restaurants though.

We were travelling with my one year old daughter and the staff at Courtyard were always very friendly and helpful with the baby. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and the baby loved their smiley faces and their attention. The hotel itself has a great pools, activities and general vibes. The furniture in the room a little aged but nothing annoying.

We booked two garden rooms and stayed 5 nights here. We loved the buffet breakfast and the West Pool which is close to the Lazy River. The aqua aerobics was fun. There wasn’t much variety of dishes though for the Indonesian Spice buffet dinner, good thing we were able to use our dinner voucher for it so there was no extra cost to us. There is a side exit to the street market which was convenient. Good walking distance to the beach, it is a further walk though to get to the Courtyard Beach Club which is closer to the shuttle drop off. We enjoyed the Balinese massage and facial. On the negative side, we could hear noise from the corridor and from people over our rooms. Also there was a time when we had to wait for longer than usual for our lunch and they brought out the wrong dish. Thank you to to the Beach Club staff (didn’t get his name) who did first aid on my husband and to the hotel doctor and the staff in the reception who assisted us in nursing his wound. Thank you to: Rudi, Ary, Bagus, Artawan, Ferdi, Satria, Suardina, Putu, Putra, Zidan and Dwiki. Generally, it was a really good stay, staff was polite, the whole place is clean, and conducive to relaxation.

The resort itself was nice and clean. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The staff seen to my every need, no matter what time or what I requested. My wife and grandchild especially enjoyed the shopping at Bali Collection. As for the buffet, the staff were professional and very helpful. Again, overall experience was a pleasant and a nice break from our daily life.

Beautiful gardens and surroundings. Great breakfast buffet, spacious rooms and bathrooms, common spaces would be good to be renovated. The squirrels were great company during the breakfast!!
