This was my second stay here. Had no issues the first time and the rooms are very nice for the price. This time however, there was no remote for the TV. I called down for one and they said they would bring one up. Which they never did. I also called about 3:30 am requesting more toilet paper to which I was told, housekeeping was closed and that I would have to wait until 7 am.

They had no hot water when I was there. They never messaged us letting us know and they didn’t bother bringing it up when we checked in at almost 11 pm that night. We had come from a sports game & I needed a shower. The water was ice cold. When we called down the guy just said, “Well you can come down & we can refund you.” I replied saying it was almost midnight. That this is something we should have heard about when it first happened, or at least at check in. After 15 seconds of not saying anything he hung up. I don’t care how cheap this place is, it is not worth it. The worst customer service and completely unprofessional.

I had to rebook somewhere else because just the outside didnt look pleasing. There was broken glass, garbage, broke down cars, etc. i have two young kids and would not ever have them stay in a place that looks so bad. Pictures didnt match what property actually looks like either.
