Family accommodations in Old Ottawa East

Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at this year, this was by far the best, especially given the price. The room was very spacious, with a large kitchenette and bathroom. Everything was comfortable. The virtual check in process was simple and amazing. The app is well designed, easy to navigate and the functionality to allow guests to unlock the front/ room doors using a mobile key on the app (and add it to the phone Lock Screen as a widget) was brilliant. Didn’t deal with a single person during my stay which was great - didn’t need to! The ability to communicate check in/ checkout times and adjust it was also seamless and helpful. The amenities, especially the gym was excellent. The location of this particular place was excellent. No parking which was not the most convenient but it was also Ottawa which was expected. Overall, only praise!

I property was clean and very modern looking. The lobby was inviting and the restaurant pleasant and well staffed. In all instances the staff were efficient and courteous. I enjoyed my stay and would visit again and recommend the Lord Elgin to family and friends.

The place was great, very nice little appartment with cozy amenities that makes you feel at home ! Surprised there was no body lotion but other than that wow ! Best bang for you buck.
