This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.
The HOA will have the access to front entrance automatic doors closed 1/4/24-3/1/24. Access to the building will be limited to the east side lobby entrance, and the basement entrance from the parking garage. This project will require removal of the foundation of the lobby floor, which will produce some level of noise in the general area. The project will not impact the main building or the units. All elevators will be available during the project. All amenities will be available during the project.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). I’ve been coming to PHX V since I was a kid w/ my parents & it’s always a great place. They seem to have made a lot of renovations in most all these units & were redoing the tile in lobby as well. I’d recommend anyone to come here. We weren’t around the room & pools as much as we wanted to be b/c we were at Flora Bama the entire wkd! Had good time! It’s a lovely unit.

Overall great!
Mostly everything is updated. The shower seemed small. The king sized bed was comfortable with extra blankets and pillows. Lots of pots and pans to use in the kitchen as well as utensils. The WiFi is not great but worked most of the time. The best part were the patio chairs. They r those wooden tall nice ones.

Overall Great trip
Me and my husband stayed here for a 3 night get away. Overall the room was clean and nice bed. Great balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the great view of the ocean. The only thing I was not satisfied with is when we got there they had a 55 dollar parking fee and if you wanted to park in the parking garage you had to pay an extra 30 dollar fee. The shower curtain could have used a little cleaning also but it wasnt to bad. Over all great get away.

Great trip to Orange Beach
This was our first trip staying at a Vrbo property and it went very well. The site looked exactly like the listing and location was great. Only two issues - the code we received to enter the property didn't work, so we had to reach out to Vbro to get that corrected. And the internet was very spotty at times. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Worst Vacation Ever
On March 3, 2023, we booked this unit. On March 7th, when it was too late to cancel or to find anything else, we were told by Vacasa the balconies were being repaired and we might not be able to use ours. There was a number to call for confirmation, and when I called it I was told our unit's balcony would be available. When we arrived not only was the balcony sealed off, but they were actively working on it the whole three days we were there. Impossible to use the balcony, impossible to enjoy the blocked view, impossible to sleep in, and impossible to nap. Very loud construction and people on the balcony from 7-6 daily. When I sent an email to VRBO it was ignored. When we first arrived the entry code we had been sent was wrong, and we had to call Vacasa and wait on hold for a long time until they gave us a new one. The unit was clean, but it was dated. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom had peeling veneer, the reclining chair in the living room was too rickety to safely sit on, the doors on the bedroom and laundry closets were broken, and the tv volume had to be controlled manually on the side of the unit. None of those things would have mattered because of the lovely location, if only we had been able to use the balcony. I feel like we were tricked by not being told about the construction before we booked, as we certainly would not have picked this unit. It was the most miserable vacation we have ever had. I am just glad we were only there three nights!

Everthing was great, only two negatives that I would mention in the condo we stayed. 1. This commode seat seemed much smaller than any seats we use. 2. also a drawer in the kitchen next to the fridge that was impossible to open. Other than this we had a fantastic time, thanks so much.

Great location and experience
Nicely equipped kitchen. We cooked one night and brought leftovers home when we ate out. Loved the location right near grocery store. Also within biking distance of the very nice back country trail.
