Firstly, it was cheap as we went for a busy weekend, but the hotel room was dirty. The sheets were dirty, the furniture, and appliances were dingy, broken, or scratched. The shower was gross too with grey scratch markings and overall would do anything to not stay here again. Also, they wanted us to pay for our 5 day stay cash when we got there at 4am with no warning? Plus they ask you for an $100 refundable deposit, which they later refund but again their machine was down so our card details had to be noted, it was not my favorite.

Every morning ONLY between 6am & 9am they decided to renovate the room next to ours. We know this was the case because we stayed there till horror nights started at 6pm a couple days. They literally only renovated between those times. They actually put us in between that and the maids quarters. So every moment there wasn’t a saw running they’re screaming down the building at each other all while infront of our room. Which even with the do not disturb sign on they still tried to come into our room. The staff was nice even tho we asked for extra towels for the pool twice and never received them. Look, we cheaped out and stayed at a noisy place hoping it would get better and it never did. We will never come back and I hope you don’t stay here either.

When we arrived at this facility, they gave us a used/dirty room. Which was still uncleaned and contained trash and things from the previous people that were there. Yes, we notified the staff and they immediately changed us to another room. But, in the other room we found the bathroom tub was broken and dirty. It had a hole in the wall bathroom. We had to covered it up because we didn’t know where it lead to. The towels were dirty. We found a used condom in the ice bucket. The bed sheets were pooped and dirty. The floor was covered in dust. And also, the tv was broken.

In my room the floor shower was cracked in 2 big places, the fire alarm was hanging off the wall, the floor was filthy it had shoe prints on me, hair was on my pillow and sheets, seen 2 roaches, the ac did not work it was cooler outside then in the room with the temperature set on 65°. The staff was not friendly. No towels or wash clothes in the room, the bed was hard but i can adjust to that but not sheets and pillow cases with hair on it. I would not recommend this establishment nor will I return it to when staying in the area.

Could be cleaner. Laundry could smell cleaner. Stayed here twice and both showers had tears on the floor where you can potentially cut your feet but you get what you paid for. Its great for my quick cheap getaways

Reserve la noche 10/14/24 antes de llegada. Ya que llegaba el 10/15/24 a las 7:00 am. Para asegurarme llame al número de teléfono 321 335 2810 y me atendio el caballero Mark Mendez. Cuando llego al hotel Iheart Travelodger Wydhamd en 7200 international Dr Orlando me atiende Jessica la encargada del hotel, me indica que la reservacion est cancelada. Le indico que hable con Mark Mendez, y ella me indica que ella no tiene ninguna perso a llamada con ese nombre, sin embargo, tampoco me indico quien estuvo de turno el dia anterior. Estoy pidiendo que se me devuelva el pago de esta reservacion ya que el trato de la dama hacia nosotros fue poco profesional
