I love the fact that you can get a large room with a kitchen and a separate sitting area. The classic room is starting to look and feel a little rundown, but next time we will book the newly renovated suite.

Our stay here was great. The suite was beautiful. It was modern, spacious and clean. It's perfect for a short or long and extended stay. It's literally a full liveable apartment. The location is a 2 minute walk from the Cf Rideau center and Parliament Hill is right up the street. The staff were also friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.

We stayed at Les Suites for 3 nights as a mini vacation. We didn't know how far Parliament Hill, By Ward Market, and other museums were gonna be. Google maps would say a 15 min walk but it's actually less than that. The only place we actually drove was the Science Centre which was only a 12 mm in drive from the hotel. Everywhere else was walkable. They have an indoor pool, although not heated, my kids did not complain and enjoyed it. The staff are super nice and friendly. Communicating with them via text was very helpful as we needed some items and within 5min they delivered them up to our room. We will definitely return to Ottawa as there is so much more to explore and learn about our Canadian history and so much to offer, and we will surely stay here again due to its convenient location.

Staff was great. Room was spacious, kitchen was very clean. Maria the housekeeper was an absolute angel of a human. We had a brokek towel rack in our room which i mentioned sonwe didnt get dinged for it and it was fixed the next morning without me even asking for it. The parking garage was a disaster. Our key card never worked and we needed to call front desk to be let in and out everytime we came and went. We tried a new card and it still didnt work. We tried exiting the car and and hilding the card up to the reader and it still never worked. It was infiriating. The area is sketchy at best butvtgatbis notnLes Suites fault. The hotel was safe and clean. Kitchen tips : Coffee maker is 4 cup only, no paper towels, no dishsoap, no cookie sheet, plates are small, bring your fave mug. Otherwise fantastic

The location of the hotel was great, close to lots of restaurants, Parliament Hill and Byward market. We had a 2 bedroom family suite which suites our needs well, however the TV in the bedroom didn’t work and when I told the front desk they just said “I’m sorry about that”. When leaving we had to call the hotel and have them open the garage door for us, however, I got a recording and had to hold until someone picked up the phone at receptions. While I was on hold, 3 cars were lined up behind us. When the door finally opened, a car came into the garage which required us and all the cars behind us to back up to let them pass as the space is too narrow for 2 cars to pass at the entrance/exit. It is a very poor set up in the parking garage

Cleaning lady Li Lin was fantastic! Room was kept clean and towels and toiletries were restocked daily. People at the front desk were equally as accodomating and friendly. We enjoyed our room during our stay. Hotel was very conveniently located next to the Rideau mall. Surrounding areas felt a little sketchy after dark though as there were a lot of marginalized people.
