I really enjoyed the location and the amount of space within the unit. I found the wifi to be extremely poor and that mixed with the poor phone reception for the area, made it very hard to make calls and use the internet.

A very disappointing stay. The apartment was outdated and unclean. The furniture was old and smelly and the beds were horrific. They were in the middle of renovations on other apartments but this one should not of been rented out in the state it was in. The owner stated our apartment was the next to be renovated. I would discourage anyway from staying in apartment 3 (penthouse apartment) until some huge changes are made. The only upside was the location and that it was right across from the beach. I would never stay here again in its current state.

Absolute ideal location. Stunning views. Close to waking tracks. Beach 2-5min walk. Property is being renovated. Therefore what I believe needs to be upgraded is being done. Clear communication before arrival. I was disappointed that no one was around in departure (9.15am) as I wanted to book another stay. Room had Netflix, You Tube and other Media. Hot water ran out 2 nights in a row. Had to wait an hour for reheat which wasn’t too bad, but inconvenient when you have shampoo in your hair. Cleanliness was an A. Very clean and tidy.

The property is old, and needs a face lift, however the beds were comfortable and the shower was good. We had exceptional customer service if we raised any concerns. They acted promptly.

From check in to departure for my 14 day stay I found happiness. The Managers John and Sharon are "old style" they care you are looked after but do not encroach on your privacy. A no fuss check in or out (they phoned and let me know my room was available at 1pm an hour before the 2pm check in time) .. An adequate selection of tea , coffee , sugar and a small milk awaits you on arrival. Bed was comfortable with nice sheets and pillows, fluffy bathroom towels. Above all the apartment was nice and clean and my washing machine , dryer , fridge etc was all near new. I had a full bath , French press coffee maker, all utensils you could ever want in a kitchen so if you want you can cook an adequate meal easily .. The place thanks to management has its own little heartbeat and a smile is always on hand.. The pool is fantastic and lovely and clean .. 14 great night "quiet as a mouse" sleeps . A short walk to town by path or down the track to the Breakwall and wander in 10 minutes that way . The adequate view I had from my dining and balcony of the ocean across the park was nice to watch the sunrise and surfers.. For the reasonable price you pay for accommodation you cold not ask for more .. Fantastic ...

Great Location
Great spot, across the road from the beach, short walk to the break wall and easy walk into town for dining and the local bowling club is just around the corner. Wonderful views from Penthouse Unit overlooking the park and ocean. The unit could do with a refresh but it had everything that you could need and was clean and comfortable. Our hosts John and Sharon were lovely people , down to earth and very helpful

It is in a good location. The unit is very old but was clean, however the furnishings we nit. Eg lounge material and curtains very dusty,so dusty it gave me alergey. Also In the bedroom. They need to steam clean these. Also shower curtains need replacing and window sills and sliding doors and frames need cleaning. Windows and sliding doors stick and difficult to slide open.
