The hotel is a jewel: it was very clean, the staff was friendly and the location is perfect, waking distance to the city castle and cathedral, the Charles IV bridge, the piers and the astronomical clock; you can get to any pf those sites within 15 minutes walk.

Awesome place to stay!
This was the best location to see everything. We were close to the castle, bridge and clock. Everything was within walking distance. Shopping, eating and sight seeing was great. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and even though we didn't visit it, they had a bar and served breakfast.

Great hotel and very central.
Magic staff, so friendly. Room lovely and air conditioned. Very central and also handy for transport (underground Aline - Malatranska and trams). Just ask at reception and in an hour you can have a spa (not cheap though and no essential oils, if I were being picky).

The hotel is clean and well decorated and the a/c made the room feel very comfortable. Service was outstanding and the bottle of champagne was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel as 10min walk from Charles bridge. Also loved the free luggage holding place which made day trips easy.

Our stay began with a nice complementary bottle of sparkling wine. The rooms were nice, quite a stylish. The breakfast buffet was nice with real eggs instead of the ubiquitous powered eggs and a custom made omelette was available. Also with breakfast was a feee choice of sparkling, white or red wines and of course various coffees made to order. The tram runs by the hotel but the rooms are exceptionally quiet and if you don’t want to take the tram you can walk across the bridge into the central square very quickly. You are in the lesser Old Town which is nice with the castle while the bridge is only a few minutes away to the main Old Town.

The front desk and bellhop were lovely. But I gave only 3 stars because the staff who cleaned the room left our dirty glasses (so we had to wash them in the sink) and never replenished coffee.

Sink blocked two days in a row. Wasn’t repaired until the final day. Room door left unlocked when ‘cleaning’. Sheets were not changed either. When reporting to staff they acknowledged the problem but failed to provide any goodwill. Really poor and disappointed.

The staff are amazing - helpful, friendly, ant do enough for you. The location is close to Charles Bridge and the historic old town. The unobstructed panoramic views of Prague Castle were spectacular.

I didn't realize the spa cost extra money, so I was bummed about that. The breakfast was lovely and they provided me soy milk the second day they realized a guest was lactose. That was thoughtful. The location was great! The staff was friendly. The building made me think of the past in an elegant way.
