The stay was average, but I believe your staff does need some training in serving guests. A simple example was when I asked one of your front desk staff members, what was in the welcome drink, the response was “I don’t know” and walked away.

Hotel location and facilities were great. Staff always smiley and helpful. Breakfast amazing. Just one thing is missing at the hotel is no elevator at the entrance. There is around 20 stairs to enter the hotel. If you have a baby with stroller , you need to be ready to carry. Ofcourse they are helping to carry but everyday 3 times is a bit hard.

Simply fantastic - Higly recommended

We spent 4 nights here and it was a fantastic stay. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel was clean in all areas we visited. Breakfast was just spoilt for choice. So many options from cold meats/cheese, sweet/savoury pastries, traditional cooked breakfast, open sandwiches, breads, preserves/coulis etc, dried fruits/nuts plus a few menu items cooked to order if required like crepes, eggs etc, live harpist performing during breakfast and a very good atmosphere. Spa usage is included in our stay and we visited everyday to use the Sauna/Steam Rooms and Pool for around an hour in the morning. We did not have any treatments due to busy schedules but if we had time we wish we could have. You do have to 'reserve' a time slot but it was no hassle. The bar had a good range of drinks and cocktails. Wine menu was not the largest amount of choice but was priced reasonably and covered most of the ranges/wine regions for a 5 star hotel. Dinner in the restaurant was fantastic with some great choices and seasonal items. The Porcini Ravioli and Rhubarb Crumble/Clotted Cream were simply divine. Getting to the hotel was easy as it is 5 mins from Main Train Station and ordering Bolt/Uber from the front door of hotel is really easy and pickup times were less than 1 min in this area. They also have a E Scooter parking zone outside and two tram stops either side of the main entrance. We did not struggle to get anywhere in the city from the hotel.

This is a convenient hotel in the centre walking distance to the main train station. It has a beautiful spa area with pool and sauna / steam room which is why we booked. Arrived late due to flight delays so didn't dine, however breakfast was spectacular. Spoiled for choice. The only issue we encountered was a rather noisy couple above our room having a domestic all night. I made staff aware at checkout and they gave us some drinks vouchers to use next time. Also, if you are a light sleeper, pack some earplugs as the trams go all night and there's a line right next to the hotel.

Nice location and great service

Very royal old style hotel Amazing location walking distance from main attraction and great SPA and website service We only had the first day problem with no A/C but when we insisted on changing room they comply quickly

All the staff are wonderful one in particular who helped all the time was Ricardo at front desk.

All staff polite, nice & helpful including management. One in particular the General Manager I saw him walking around & checking every part of the hotel making sure all is fine while helping guest as well. I have stayed before, now and will go back next year. Btw, great breakfast
