1st trip to Singapore
Room was smaller than i would have liked but...location was excellent. Train station (MRT) is super close, lots of eating options right outside the hotel. Housekeeping was excellent as well.

The experience at this hotel was disappointing. The pillows had an unpleasant odor, and the room itself was quite cramped. The water in the shower was excessively hot, making it difficult to use comfortably. Additionally, the air conditioning was extremely noisy, disrupting sleep. The breakfast buffet offered limited options and was rather average. The only redeeming factor was the convenient location, which made it easier to explore the surrounding area. Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless location is your only priority.

We will recommend friends for this hotel
My wife and I stayed in this hotel for two nights (January 6 & 7, 2025) after our cruiseship NCL Sky ending in Singapore. The service is excellent , as the receptionist allowed us to have early checked in @11am, instead of normal check in hour @3pm. The room in tidy and clean but a little bit small. The only inconvinent thing we were not happy with is only 2 bath towels provided, there was no small facial or mid-size towels provided.

The V is in a fantastic location ! Close to transportation and eateries! The bell staff were extremely helpful and courteous! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable!

Great location
Definitely not a five star. If you are like me that a hotel is just to sleep, this is great. Very small rooms, my wife and I had to take turns to walk around the room. Great location for public transportation and food. Easy to get to from the airport.

The room had no hand towels and the toilet paper was located in extremely awkward location. Triple room and gym room very small. Location above subway station and proximity of eateries, money exchange, and coin laundry we're saving graces.

Everthing about this hotel is a solid 4. Staff, service, cleanliness etc. Very good, but nothing outstanding or memorable. Rooms are dated and a bit small which is typicall of all Singapore rooms to be fair. However, the location is just amazing! On top of the Lavender MRT station and a food court, surrounded by yet more dining options and a market. We'll be back.

It is located right on the Lavender MRT station, which is very convenient to get around to different places. The hotel lobby has a good feel, friendly staff, very clean rooms and corridors, comfortable bed. The available space is very well utilized for luggage storage, and the bathroom is small but functional. Foreign exchange and mobile store to get sim card were right outside the hotel, which were very convenient for me. And many food outlets and grocery stores very nearby to get stuff. Overall highly recommended.
