Travelled around west oz for a month and this was the only poor stay. For a higher end “wilderness lodge”, their service level was poor. They told me that Apple phones couldn’t log on to the WiFi network. but later I got it working. When I wanted a coke in the morning, I was told the “bar” didn’t open until 3 (and that was the rule). You would think that at 40 degrees, they might have a small battery/hand operated portable fan. You also could smell the septic/waste system. The effort at dinner was good, but “gourmet” doesn’t mean good. Several of the staff couldn’t speak English proficiently. The area around the tents isn’t that picturesque. This place really caters to their tour groups who are in and out pretty quickly. As an a private party, I would give this place a miss. They have some tough obstacles to overcome being so isolated, but their service attitude could be greatly improved.
