Place was good place to stay at. But the tenants in room males and females next door were very loud from 9:30pm till 10:30pm - 11:00pm they were just getting louder and louder my 8 year old son was scared he couldnt sleep all we could hear was yelling,me and my so didnt get to sleep till 12:30am and then we managed to get to sleep and at around about 3am -3:30am they must of come back from the night clubs they very loud once again slaming car doors it woke me and my son up again and we couldnt go back to sleep my apologies for being a Karen i know they were having a good night but when you got to work and take my son to school.

The room allocated was not the room i booked. Staff relocated us to another room. Beds sheets had crumbs and hair in the bed. We have video evidence of the disgusting level of cleanliness. Completely unacceptable. A refund would be necessary however i will be sharing this disgraceful experience.

Room was very clean and quiet considering the main road location. The room was hot though and the air conditioner was too small for the space to cool the room which made it a slightly uncomfortable evening. It was a very hot day but it just wasn’t big enough for the space. Also the ad indicated 24/7 reception but that is not the case so just need to check that if you are arriving late.

We stayed in that Motel because our room picture looked really good, we did not even get that room for a start, we were meant to have a memory foam mattress it was spring the room spelt very strong of something they use that it gave us a head ache and the air conditioner sounded like a freight train and it was too hot to not use up there with one of the worst rooms it was that bad we ended up leaving the second day when we were booked for two did not get our money back because the owner said we had to go back through the Wotif site we were on holidays for the first time in 10 years I did not want to muck around with that on that day we were too busy and tired so yea not happy and to top it of there was a great big trail of blood coming from the room next door across the car park so we got out of there

This property is located on the main highway through Rockhampton but I personally didn’t find it noisy. It is walkable to the CBD and restaurants along the highway. It is also close to the airport. The room was very clean and newly renovated. The bathroom in particular looked brand new. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed felt hard but other than this the room and experience was hard to fault.
