Disappointed no one for check in but worked out fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Sadly some local children threw a mower in the pool 😡. So unable to use pool. Feel for the owners with big job to get that mess clean

Meg the receptionist was incredibly helpful. Rosa was also very helpful. The property was really great excluding the aircon which badly need servicing. The ability to pay when you get there should also be a thing that stays. Meg was immensely helpful with navigating the area, filling us in on the hotel and just generally so friendly. Will definitely come back!

I travelled from QLD in November and forgot to factor in the time difference when planning our drive. I thought we'd be arriving about an hour before the office closed, but due to my error and some roadworks our ETA was 10 minutes after closing. I called the office and they were extremely kind about my mistake, and offered me multiple options for late check-in - including the person at the desk staying behind for a few minutes to meet me on arrival. It was very much appreciated!

Liked the location. Close to amenities, shops, dining options. Kids enjoyed the pool but room info said it closed at 8pm and staff closed it at 4pm. My son got very sniffly and sneezy in the room like it had dog hair in the room. He's allergic.

Clean property, pub next door for food. Property not manned after early evening so if you get locked out there's a call out fee, not that we had to use it. Found it surprising no one on reception early evening as it's a large operation.
