Hotel needs to accommodate for EV vehicles other than Tesla’s. If parking in rear parking, be sure to ask for a parking pass or they will give you a warning ticket. We were not aware upon check in and received a warning tow ticket. Suggest front desk ask upon check-in where you will be parking. Also, there is a lot of fruit flies in the lobby near the fruit breakfast bar.

Better pillows, tv with menu guide where you can see exactly what's playing on the channels, and a bathrobe would be great. We should also be provided with documentation on food options, hours of service for amenities, mention if there are classes who would occupy the pool would be helpful.

I stayed at this Embassy Suites for the first time and the hotel shows its age. The bathroom smelled musty but the suite was large and comfortable. The location was wonderful, it’s right by the water and overlooks the San Francisco Bay and airport. It’s got great walking/cycling paths around the property. There’s an indoor pool and a gym beside it. They charge you $39/day for parking in a unkept parking lot that was not maintained and rough. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh custom made omelets and great breakfast bar. I give it 3 stars as it’s an adequate hotel.

Great location, if you are ok with being close to the airport. Upgraded to a Bay View room and it was worth it. Beautiful views and there's a wonderful walking trail along the water. Beautiful hotel, love the resturant inside. Great complimentary brrakfast with made to order omelettes. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again.

The only bad thing is the double beds in the suites. Need to be changed to queens.

The place is perfect—easy access to walking. Perfect atmosphere. The only thing I didn't like was the receptionist. They were not friendly or smiling. It's the luck of customer service, and they didn't have an option to help customers.
